San Diego — The Pepperdine women’s tennis team was victorious in three consolation championship matches today as they concluded play at the SDSU Fall Classic. Winning their respective consolation championships were Danielle Feneridis, Pattaraporn Salirathavibhaga, and the doubles team of Michaela Capannolo and Feneridis.
Competing in the White Singles Draw, Feneridis (Auckland, New Zealand/Westlake Girls HS) defeated Annemieke Witte of New Mexico State in straight sets, 6-1, 6-1.
Also taking home a consolation championship was Salirathavibhaga (Bangkok, Thailand/International School Bangkok). The freshman was victorious over LMU’s Julia Norlin.
