Eighteen student-athletes earned All-American honors and 51 were all-conference.
Next year the Waves will return two freshmen and two sophomores from this year's lineup at the NCAAs.
Alina Ching has had at least a share of the Waves' best score all three rounds.
Everyone on the team posted a better score on Wednesday than they did on Tuesday.
Pepperdine is making its 11th appearance at the NCAA Championships, and the Waves are the only non-BCS school among this year's field of 24 teams.
