Oct. 25, 2013
BERKELEY, Calif. - No. 9 Pepperdine continued the 2013 Mountain Pacific Sports Federation (MPSF) season with a 11-6 loss to No. 5 California Friday night at the Spieker Aquatics Complex. The Waves (8-8, 0-2 MPSF) were unable to stop the Golden Bears (13-4, 2-1) in the second half. Pepperdine only trailed by one, 3-2, at the end of the first quarter but was down 5-2 at intermission. The No. 5 ranked Golden Bears netted three in both quarters of the second half to put the Waves away.
