HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated among the top two percent of his class in December of 2009 from Highland High School, where he was a three-year varsity letterwinner as an attacker for head coach Alan Chacon ... Led team in goals, assists and steals all three seasons from 2007 to 2009, earned MVP honors and served as a team captain ... Part of a team that helped establish water polo as a high school sport in Arizona and won two championships during his sophomore and senior years ... Four-year letterwinner in swimming and diving ...
