Jordan Cheng joined the men's volleyball staff as the director of operations prior to the 2013-14 school year.
As director of operations, Cheng will serve as the team's Data Volley statistician, coordinating travel and other day-to-day administrative duties.
Cheng graduated from Chapman University in 2013 with a bachelor's degree in business. After founding the university's club volleyball team in 2009, he served as an opposite side hitter and setter from 2011-13. Prior to that, he was an All-Pacific Coast League setter for Beckman High School.
His coaching start began in the fall of 2011, when Cheng served as the freshmen girls' coach for Northwood High School.
The following spring, Cheng coached Tustin Volleyball Club's 14-2 squad. Most recently, he coached the 17-2 team at the AMP Volleyball Club.
After graduation, Cheng spent the summer interning at the USA Volleyball Training Center in Anaheim, Calif.
