No. 20 Pepperdine Cruises Past Michigan State 7-0 Wednesday Afternoon

The No. 20 Pepperdine men's tennis team continued its solid play on Wednesday as it cruised to a convincing 7-0 victory over visiting Michigan State at the Ralphs-Straus Tennis Center. The win improved the Waves' record to 9-5 on the season, while the Spartans dipped to 12-4 on the year.
Pepperdine won the doubles point with relative ease as the No. 1 team of Pedro Rico and Callen Hansen registered an 8-1 victory over the tandem of Cameron Marshall and Eric Simonton.
In singles play, Pepperdine posted straight set victories in five of the six matches, including at No. 1 singles where Rico defeated Andrew Formanczyk 6-1, 6-1.
The Waves are off until Sunday, March 14, when they welcome Princeton to Malibu for a 1 p.m. match,
