PEPPERDINE 2012-13: A walk-on who appeared in five games for a total of 10 minutes as a sophomore ... Averaged 0.8 points ... Sank a jumper at Gonzaga (2/7) on his first career shot ... Made two free throws vs. Saint Mary's (2/27) and played a season-high four minutes ... Earned WCC Commissioner's Honor Roll "bronze" honors.
PEPPERDINE 2011-12: Worked as a student manager for the Waves as a freshman.
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Oaks Christian High School, located in Westlake Village, Calif., in 2011 ... Played one year on the varsity ... Averaged 2.5 points as a senior for a team that won the CIF Southern Section 4A championship ... Was the Offensive MVP of the junior varsity as a junior ... Also lettered in track and field for three seasons ... Was the Tri-Valley League champion in the high jump in 2010 and 2011, and the long jump and triple jump in 2011 ... Wound up #2 on the school's high jump records list (6-5) ... A member of the honor roll and dean's list.

A cousin, Jerome Stevens, played football for the Washington Huskies and in the NFL ... Majoring in sports medicine with minors in coaching and industrial/organizational psychology ... Studied abroad in a Fiji medical mission trip during summer 2012 ... Chose Pepperdine because of "its Christian environment, its amazing campus that is close to home, and it feels like family here."
