THIS YEAR: David Uribes begins his senior season at Pepperdine . . . One of six seniors on the Waves' roster . . . Considered one of Pepperdine's top recruits three years ago . . . 2004: Named first team All-West Coast Conference (WCC) . . . Batted .321 with team-high totals of 74 runs, four triples, 18 stolen bases and tied for the team-lead with 84 hits . . . Ranked second on the team with 27 multiple-hit games and eight multiple-RBI games . . . Dominated WCC play, ranking fourth with a .407 average and led the league in runs (43), hits (55), hit-by-pitch (10) and stolen bases (14) . . . His 74 runs tied the school's single-season mark . . . Went 8-for-13 (.615) with six runs scored and four RBI during three-game series versus Gonzaga (4/23-4/25) . . . Tabbed WCC "Co-Player of the Week" after batting .571 (8-for-14) with seven runs scored, two doubles, a triple, home run, stolen base and 1.071 slugging percentage during a three-game series at San Francisco (5/21-5/23) . . .
