2012/SENIOR: Given earned All-WCC honorable mention for the second time in his career ... Batted .282, appearing in 44 games and starting 31, mostly in the outfield or as a designated hitter ... Scored 13 runs and drove in 21 ... Tallied four doubles and two home runs ... Had an on-base percentage of .366 ... Tallied four RBI, a season-high after a 2-for-4 day at Loyola Marymount (5/18) after scoring his second home run of the season .. Drove in three runs on a pinch hit home run at Gonzaga (3/31) .... Finished off the season with four RBI in the NCAA Regionals at Stanford ... Longest hitting streak was four games, May 12 through May 19.
2011/REDSHIRT: Missed entire season due to injury and was granted a redshirt season.
2010/FALL: Did not compete in the Blue and Orange World Series.
2010/SUMMER: Assigned to the Danville (Ill.) Dans of the Prospect League but did not compete.
2010/JUNIOR: WCC Honorable Mention ... Missed final two weeks of the season after suffering a pre-game injury at Cal Poly (5/18) ... Was in the midst of a season-long eight-game hitting streak at time of mishap and had lifted his batting average to .310 ... Went 13-for-30 (.433) during this streak with three doubles, a home run and five RBI, in addition to 10 runs - three of which were scored in a 7-1 win at Saint Mary's (5/7) ... Finished the year with a .308 average (second best on the team) after grounding out in a final pinch-hit appearance at Long Beach State (5/25) ... Totaled three home runs on the season to go with seven doubles, 23 RBI and 21 runs ... Against the WCC, led Pepperdine with a .389 batting average through 15 games and hit home runs at Santa Clara (4/9) and Saint Mary's (5/7) ... Hit his first long ball as a Wave at then-No. 1 LSU (5/6)- a two-run shot that broke the Tigers' bid for a shutout ... Served as the Waves best hitters with runners in scoring position, batting .500 to go along with 12 two-out RBI ... Drove in a season-high two RBI in five contests ... Produced 11 multiple-hit games and tied his career high with three-hit efforts at Santa Clara (4/9), Saint Mary's (5/7) and Loyola Marymount (5/15) ... Played all three games vs. the Gaels and batted .428 against them with five runs, a double, home run and two RBI ... Also enjoyed a productive offensive series at Gonzaga (4/16-18), hitting .455 with three RBI ... Defensively, played 17 games in the outfield and was credited with assists against UC Irvine (3/2) and Cal State Northridge (4/6), in which he threw out a runner at home plate from left field ... Successful on one of two stolen base attempts at second.
2009/FALL: Started all three games for Blue in right field during the Blue and Orange World Series ... Went hitless in four at-bats ... Drew two walks, was hit by a pitch and struck out twice ... Also drove in a run on an RBI grounder in game one (11/12) and provided a sacrifice hit in game two (11/14) ... Allowed two runs to score on a throwing error in which he attempted to throw out a runner at third base ... Gunned down Aaron Gates at home plate in game three (11/15) following Ryan Van Amburg's single to right.
2008-09/FRESHMAN & SOPHOMORE: Played two years in the Sacramento City College outfield for head coach Andy McKay ... Won a regional championship and a Big 8 title in 2008, a season in which he batted .343 with four doubles and a home run ... Blasted five home runs as a sophomore in addition to driving in 23 runs and scoring 36 times ... Also drew 33 bases on balls and posted a .429 OBP ... His best performance was a two home run, five RBI inning against Sierra College (3/10/09) ... Drove in five runs the previous game at Cosumnes River on a double and home run.
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated in 2007 from Rancho Cotate High School, where he played two seasons each on the varsity and junior varsity teams for head coach Jeff Ogston ... Hit .426 as a senior with 21 runs, 11 stolen bases and a .661 slugging percentage en route to being named to the All-Northbay League and North Coast Section First Teams ... Also helped his team win a share of the NBL Championship in his final season ... Made the all-league second team and was a North Coast Section honorable mention following his junior year ... Made Honor Roll all four years ... Played soccer as a freshman.
CLUB: Played club baseball for the California Rookies and placed first in a 2005 Friendship Series held in Beijing, China.
