PEPPERDINE XC 2015: Competed at three meets as a junior ... Best 5k was 18:02.7 at the Capital Cross Challenge ... Finished third overall in the home meet vs. CSUN and CSU Bakersfield.
PEPPERDINE XC 2014: Recovered from a preseason injury to compete at the final two meets of the season ... Was Pepperdine's #4 runner at both the WCC Championships and the NCAA West Regional ... Had a season-best 6k of 22:24.1 at the WCC Championships.
PEPPERDINE XC 2013: Had a strong freshman season and ran in six meets ... Took second on the team on three occasions and was in the top five all six times ... Was second on the team and 14th overall at the Pepperdine Invitational ... Was fourth on the team and 18th overall at the Mark Covert Classic ... Had a season-best 6k time of 21:55.7 at the Bronco Invitational.
PEPPERDINE TRACK 2015: Competed at the first six meets of the season as a sophomore ... Had the team's top two 1,500 meter times of the season, including a 4:54.69 at Cal Poly (3/28) ... Her 5:21.44 in the mile at Westmont (2/21) moved her to #3 on the school's all-time top five ... Ran the 5,000 meters three times, with a best of 18:02.16 at UC Irvine (3/21) ... Also ran the 800 once (2:28.19 at Cal Poly) and the 3,000 once (10:35.26 at Westmont).
PEPPERDINE TRACK 2014: Ran at all nine meets as a freshman ... Had the team's top times in the 3,000 and 5,000 meters ... Won the 5,000-meter competition at Savannah State (3/1) and was second in the 3,000 at Riverside CC (3/8) ... Best times were 4:47.41 in the 1,500 (Beach Invitational, 4/19), 10:35.76 in the 3,000 (Westmont, 2/22), 17:54.52 in the 5,000 (UC Irvine, 3/21) and 38:19.19 in the 10,000 (Cal/Nevada Collegiate Championships, 4/4) ... On Pepperdine's all-time top-five lists, moved into the #3 spot in the 5,000 meters and #4 in the 10,000.
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Prospect High School, located in Saratoga, Calif., in 2013 ... Ran four years of varsity track and three years of varsity cross country ... Was a two-time Blossom Valley Athletic League selection in both sports ... Earned team MVP and was a team captain in both sports ... Qualified for the cross country state meet as a senior ... Her cross country team won the league title in 2012 ... A National Merit Scholar, a member of the National Honor Society and a scholar-athlete.
CLUB: Ran with the West Valley Joggers and Striders.
PERSONAL: Born in Marietta, Ga. ... Daughter of Julie and Gary Lemco ... Her father played basketball at SUNY Binghamton ... Majoring in accounting ... Chose to attend Pepperdine because "Coach Radnoti really cares about his athletes in a way that I didn't sense from other coaches."
FAVORITES: Enjoys volunteer work, listening to music, singing, theatre, road/trail biking, photography and cooking/baking ... Lists her sports hero as Michael Jordan ... Favorites include Jordan Hasay (pro athlete), Harry Potter series (books), The Devil Wears Prada (movie), It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia (TV show), Coldplay (musical artist), roasted vegetables and sweet potatoes (food) and volleyball (sport other than running) ... Favorite thing about running is "the fact that hard work in practice coupled with a mental plan in competition basically translates to automatic success."
