Eighteen student-athletes earned All-American honors and 51 were all-conference.
The nine WCC schools put a total of 1,093 student-athletes on the list from the 13 sports that the conference sponsors, which is another new conference record.
A pair of seniors led the Waves to their respective finish lines, just as they've done for the majority of the season.
There are 27 men's teams and 34 women's teams from across the West set to take part.
Lauren Lodge, a senior who was the Waves' top finisher at last weekend's WCC Championships, is the first Pepperdine woman to earn three-time first team all-academic honors.
PEPPERDINE 2011: WCC All-Academic first team ... WCC Commissioner's Honor Roll "gold" honors ... Pepperdine Scholar-Athlete ... Ran in all six races as a senior ... Finished as Pepperdine's #4 runner on two occasions ... Had a season-best 5k of 18:57 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational and 6k of 23:26 at the Stanford Invitational.

Recorded her season-best 6K of 22:45.08 at the Sundodger Invitational in Seattle, Wash., and placed third among all Pepperdine runners (33rd overall) ... Also finished third among all Waves at the Malibu Oceanside Open, UC Irvine and Santa Clara, where she posted her best 5K time of the season (18:08.05).

Recorded a top-ten finish and posted her top 5K time of the season (18:38.30) at the Cal State Bakersfield Roadrunner Invitational (9/26).
PEPPERDINE 2008: Pepperdine Scholar-Athlete ... Earned WCC Commissioner's Honor Roll "gold" honors ... NCAA West Regional (10/15) competitor as a freshman ... Finished the NCAA 6K course at Stanford in 23:30.55 ... Led Pepperdine to the finish line (and was 22nd overall) at the 5K Cal State Fullerton Titan Invitational with a season best time of 19:13.1 ... Fastest 6K of 24:32 was clocked at the Stanford Invitational (9/27) ... Recorded a 3-mile time of 19:53 in her collegiate debut vs. Loyola Marymount at the Malibu Oceanside Open (8/30).
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Gig Harbor (Wash.) High School in 2008 ... A three-year track and field letterwinner for head coach Patty Ley ... Lettered in cross country for one season as well as soccer... Career best marks include a 19:39 in the 5K, a 5:23.9 in the 1,600-meter run and a 2:17.01 in the 800 ... As a senior, helped lead to team to the Washington 4A Cross Country State Championship, plus district and league titles ... Member of the second place track and field team at the 2008 Washington 4A Championships ... Received cross country team's Most Inspirational Award ... Voted track team's Most Improved following junior season ... Advanced to state tournament with soccer team during the 2006-07 season.
CLUB: Team captain for the Harbor Football Club and made it to the finals of the annual postseason tournament.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Danny and Amy DeWalt ... Has a sister, Jenna ... Majoring in sports medicine and minoring in coaching ... Goal is to pursue a career related to sports medicine and/or coaching ... Once shook hands with President Museveni of Uganda at an African wedding in Kampala ...
