59 of Pepperdine's student-athletes that compete in the WCC had at least a 3.0 GPA.
Three school records have been set this year.
Jonathan Rahaeuser, Syrii Daniel and Katie Engel highlighted the teams' efforts.
Hayley Lytle set the school record in the women's 10,000 meters by nearly 14 seconds.
The Waves will run again next weekend at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival.

PEPPERDINE TRACK 2013: Ran at seven of eight track meets as a senior ... Set school records in the 1,500 and 3,000 meters ... Also had the team's best time of the year in the 800, mile and 5,000 ... Broke his own record in the 1,500 with a 3:58.44 at Cal State L.A. (4/6) ... Won the 3,000 at Westmont (2/16) with a record-setting time of 8:33.37 ... His other top times were 1:58.48 in the 800 at the Ben Brown Invitational (3/9), 4:24.77 in the mile at San Francisco State (3/29) and 14:53.90 in the 5,000 at North Florida (3/1).
PEPPERDINE TRACK 2012: Set the school record in the 1,500 meters as a junior ... Ran a time of 3:58.69 at San Francisco State (4/6) ... Appeared at seven meets and also ran the 3,000 and 5,000 ... In three attempts, had a season-best time of 15:14.06 in the 5,000 at Pomona-Pitzer (4/14).
PEPPERDINE TRACK 2011: Did not run track as a sophomore.
PEPPERDINE TRACK 2010: Competed in the 800m, 1500m, 3K and Steeplechase as a freshman, posting respective season bests of 2:03.65 (3/20 at UC Irvine), 4:07.40 (3/20 at UC Irvine), 9:11.79 (2/20 at UCSB Gaucho Roundup) and 10:38.39 (3/13 at Northridge Invitational).
PEPPERDINE XC 2012: Was the Waves' top runner as a senior ... Earned WCC All-Academic honorable mention for the second time ... Competed at all seven races and was the Waves' top finisher at six of them ... Had a season-best 8k time of 25:53.6 at the UC Riverside Invitational ... Placed 25th at the Northidge Collegiate Invitational.
PEPPERDINE XC 2011: WCC All-Academic honorable mention ... WCC Commissioner's Honor Roll "bronze" honors ... Competed in all seven races as a junior ... Was the top Pepperdine finisher at the Cal State Fullerton Titan Invitational ... Was the #2 runner on three other occasions, including a season-best 8k time of 27:10 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational, and at the NCAA West Regional.
PEPPERDINE XC 2010: Earned WCC Commissioner's Honor Roll "bronze" honors ... Student-Athlete Advisory Committee Representative to the West Coast Conference ... Competed at five races as a sophomore, including the WCC Championships where he posted an 8K time of 29:20 ... Recorded his best 8K (27:52.93) of the season at the Seattle-based Sundodger Invitational ... Finished fourth overall at the 5K Malibu Oceanside Open, completing the course at Alumni Park in 16:42.99.

Fastest 8K time of 26:56.60 was recorded at the CSU Bakersfield Roadrunner Invitational ...
