Robert Telmar joined Pepperdine's staff in 2005 as an IT specialist and became responsible for overseeing the Department of Athletics' IT needs a few years later.

Telmar, who grew up in Santa Monica, Calif., graduated in 1999 from Utah Valley State College with a major in English. He previously worked at Activision before joining Pepperdine.
