Jamil Macias joined Pepperdine's staff in 2011 as the athletics ticket manager. In 2012, his title changed to tickets and external relations manager.

He works in the marketing department and handles such things as off-campus marketing and partnerships, ticket coordination, alumni relations and sales.

He previously worked internally for the Department of Athletics at Pepperdine for all four years in which he was an undergraduate. A native of Lompoc, Calif., Macias graduated in 2011 with a degree in business administration.
