Erica Bell joined Pepperdine in December of 2011 as a Marketing and Promotions Manager.
She works internally with gameday operations and is also the pom squad advisor.
Bell was a graduate assistant at the University of Indianapolis from August 2010 to December 2011, focusing on marketing and promotions, while pursuing a master's degree in sociology. She was the external operations intern at Butler University from 2008-10 (and was part of the staff when the Bulldogs hosted the 2010 NCAA Championships in Indianapolis and made it to the championship game).
Other major events that she has worked have included the 2009 NCAA Men's Basketball Midwest Regional, the 2010 FINA/eSynchro World Junior Synchronized Swimming Championships and the 2011 NCAA Women's Basketball Final Four.
A native of Indianapolis, Ind., Bell graduated with a bachelor's degree in entertainment and sports promotion and a minor in communication studies from Northern Michigan University in 2008. She was a cheerleader for the Wildcats and was also a marketing and promotions intern her senior year, working with NMU's Division I ice hockey program.
